Voice OTP

Deliver a one-time passcode as a phone call. The code is synthesised into speech and played to the recipient.

📄️ Send a one-time passcode by phone call

Places a call to `to` and reads out `code`, digit by digit. The call is placed asynchronously: the response acknowledges that the job was accepted and reserved credit, not that the phone rang. Keep the returned `callId` and poll the status endpoint to learn the outcome.

📄️ Get the status of a passcode call

Returns the current state of a call placed through this service. `status` is `null` until the call reaches the network; the timestamps fill in as the call progresses.
